Mauro Zappia has been brought on as partner to Frank Zappia in July of 2002. With Mauro's help they are able to assist more clients, giving them even better service. Mauro brings enthusiasm as well as an easy going personality, following in their long-standing tradition of a unique no-pressure style of real estate. John Gray joined Zappia Group Realty in 2011 and he brings a wealth of experience and knowledge from 17 years in the real estate industry.  John believes that it is always important to  ask himself two questions when dealing with clients.  First, "If I was the client, what would I want  to know?", and second, "If I was the client, how would I want to be treated?".  By answering these  two questions John ensures that each client is treated honestly and fairly, and coupled with his  no-nonsense-no-pressure sales approach is the reason why in 2011 over 90% of John's business came from either repeat or referred clients.

 Jill Zappia - Office Manager

Frank’s wife Jill Zappia also a Licenced Realtor has joined the company and has been appointed Office Manager.  She joined Frank and Mauro in August of 2005 in order to assist with the day-to-day running of the office and to help keep up with the demands of an ever-changing Winnipeg real estate market. Her assistance in this new field will allow Frank and Mauro to further invest their time and energy in better servicing their valued clientele.
